The set does not include the screws. You will need to use the screws that are currently on the case.
HOW TO REPLACE YOUR WHEEL
1. Remove the screws that currently hold the wheel onto the bag.
2. Remove old wheel.
3. Replace old wheel with new wheel.
4. Reuse the original screws to screw in new wheel.
